2020 SANY annual service campaign in Indonesia concluded

2020 SANY Global Service Action, the annual service campaign held across 6 islands in Indonesia, ended recently.

Organized by SANY Indonesia BU and SANY PERKASA, the campaign involved the overall inspection of purchased machines, the provision of training sessions to local major accounts and other value-added services.   Starting July 8th, 2020, the campaign worked with 3,697 SANY units, including excavators, rotary drilling rigs, cranes, concrete machines and mining machines. A total of 631 employees from 4 major client companies received professional training on satety operating procedures, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

During the campaign, SANY service engineers shifted the way they approach customer service,  from ‘reactive’ to ‘proactive’, by spotting or anticipating equipment faults in advance and extending support to resolve them. This preventative maintenance reduced the downtime of clients’ machines and, in turn, improved equipment availability. In total, 246 problems were detected and fixed on the machines serviced, and 23 suggestions from clients will help SANY further improve its product quality and  customer service.  
 Apart from providing technical support, SANY developed rapport with its clients by holding a series of activites, including the story-telling competition ‘My story with SANY’, the photo competition ‘My best photo with SANY machines’ and the online election ‘I’m SANY’s brand ambassador’. A productive and memorable time was had by all.
