Early in 2013, SANY Group established SANY Heavy Energy Machinery Co., Ltd., mainly focusing on R&D, manufacturing and sales of wind turbines, wind resource investment, development and operation of wind fields. Until now, SANY wtgs have been used in many wind fields around the world.

Located at America’s Texas, the Ralls field has adopted 5 units of SANY SE8720 wtg with the installed capacity of 10 MW.

AdamaⅡWind field is the largest wind field in Ethiopia and the second in Africa, which is estimated to have a total installed capacity of 153 MW, meeting 20% electricity demand of Ethiopia’s Capital Addis Ababa.

Yunnan Hao Niuping wind field in China is a major construction project for the province government. A total of 33 sets of SANY wtgs have been used, which results a remarkable benefits. 

Over the years, SANY Heavy Energy Machinery Co., Ltd. has been dedicated to wtg’s research and development. The cutting-edge products can be used in low-wind area. For example, SANY SE11520 wtg can realize high-efficient electricity generating by enlarging its rotor diameter to 115 meters with the rated power of 2.0MW. What’s more, the wtg is a more intelligent product, which can achieve real-time adjustment according to the change of environment such as temperature, humidity and air density.  The perfect matching of the assembly's operating parameter, actual environmental conditions, aerodynamic characteristic and mechanical characteristic can effectively improve the generating capacity and make the equipment more intelligent.
