Braving the Storm, Delivering on the Promise — SANY Service in Tanzania Lives Up to “NO MORE WAITING”

In March 2026, Tanzania entered its Masika long rainy season, bringing relentless downpours and widespread flooding. Roads were severely affected, with muddy tracks becoming nearly impassable under continuous rain, posing significant challenges to transportation and on-site operations.


Amid these extreme conditions, SANY’s service team received an urgent request from a customer whose excavator had suffered a sudden engine failure, resulting in a complete shutdown and seriously impacting project progress. In this case, immediate on-site support was critical.

After a preliminary remote diagnosis, the team departed overnight with the necessary spare parts for a journey of over 500 kilometers. Torrential rain, flooded and muddy roads repeatedly blocked their way. Yet, driven by a strong sense of responsibility, the team finally arrived after two days of relentless effort.


Without pause, the service engineer Mr. Liu Youwang began troubleshooting in the rain. Leveraging their technical expertise, they quickly identified the root cause, replaced the faulty components, and carried out full repairs with efficiency and precision. Finally, the excavator was successfully restarted, and the construction resumed.
