This delivery coincides with the launch of the second stage of the “Lebap” cement plant in Koytendag. The project, executed by JV “Türkmen enjam” the winner of an international tender, is located in the Koytendag etrap, Lebap velayat, highlighting its strategic importance to the region’s development.
