At the 2026 World Brand Conference in Hong Kong, SONG PENG, Board Director of SANY Group, shared how SANY sees the next stage of global industrial transformation.

As AI, electrification, and automation reshape the industry, he emphasized a simple shift: Customers are no longer only buying machines. They are choosing long-term partners they can trust.

“For the next 40 years, SANY hopes to become a truly trusted global brand,” he said. For SANY, trust is built through decades of real operation in the field. Today, more than one million SANY machines operate in environments where reliability is not optional.

During the keynote, SONG PENG shared a simple but powerful example: a SANY milling machine delivered more than 20 years ago is still operating on jobsites today. For him, this is what trust looks like in reality — not promised, but proven over time.


Quality is how trust is sustained

Quality, he explained, is about lifecycle responsibility. That is why SANY continues to strengthen its global service system, with more than 2,000 touchpoints worldwide, built around one commitment: No More Waiting.

From response speed to on-site support, service has become an extension of product quality, not an afterthought.


Innovation is how trust evolves

Innovation has always shaped SANY’s growth journey. From supporting landmark projects like Hong Kong’s IFC to contributing to the 1,008-meter Jeddah Tower in Saudi Arabia, SANY has continuously pushed engineering boundaries.

Today, that innovation is accelerating into AI and electrification. At CONEXPO, SANY introduced its AI Service Assistant (SASA), enabling faster diagnosis and smarter collaboration between field technicians and remote experts. The goal is simple: reduce downtime, improve response speed, and help customers keep operations moving.

“Trust is not one-sided,” SONG PENG noted. “It is a mutual choice.”

He shared the story of a Brazilian dealer that, in its early years, faced operational pressure in a highly challenging market environment. Instead of stepping back, SANY chose long-term commitment — supporting capability building across service, equipment, and used machinery business. Over time, that partnership evolved into SANY’s largest overseas dealer.

This is not an isolated case, but part of a broader system. Today, SANY works with:
