Do\'s and Don\'ts in lubrication maintenance of hydraulic crane

The lubrication maintenance for hydraulic crane requires appropriate space and auxiliary devices. Before the work, we need to carefully cordon off the specified area. While replacing single components or large assemblies, we should place them securely on auxiliary devices and make sure that they are not subject to any risk or damage. We need to keep in mind that only auxiliary devices which can operate properly and have sufficient load-bearing capacity can be used for hydraulic crane lubrication maintenance.

It's prohibited to stand, walk or work under a suspended load of the hydraulic crane. Only experienced personnel can be appointed to attach loads and send signals to the hydraulic crane operator. And the signalman must be within the crane operator's sight or have verbal communication with the operator. All loose screws and bolts require to be tightened when carrying out the maintenance and repair work. If safety devices need to be disassembled during the hydraulic crane maintenance process, they must be reinstalled, and immediately checked after completion of maintenance.

During the hydraulic crane maintenance, all working materials, other consumables and replacement parts are suggested to be used in an environment-friendly and safe manner. Meanwhile, make sure tarpaulin and inflammable materials are stored far away from places with potential fire hazards, and when removing them we should be careful.

Electrical devices of the hydraulic crane need to be checked or inspected regularly. Loose connections and burned or frayed cables of the hydraulic crane must be repaired or replaced immediately. Only qualified electricians or trained personnel under supervision of qualified electrician can perform maintenance on the electric system or working medium according to the electrical technical specifications. Only original fuse with correct current intensity can be used. In case of any power failure, the hydraulic crane should be shut off immediately.

Moreover, the hoses and couplings of the hydraulic system need to be checked regularly, in order to avoid severe impact on the hydraulic crane relating to leakage and external damage.
