SANY & Putzmeister Joint Concrete Pump Service Training Strengthens LACA Service Capabilities in Brazil

To further enhance service capabilities across the Latin America and Caribbean (LACA) region and strengthen collaboration between SANY and Putzmeister, SANY Concrete & Road BU, together with Putzmeister teams from the U.S. and Brazil, recently hosted a joint after-sales service training program for concrete pump distributors in São Paulo, Brazil.

As the first joint service training initiative between SANY and Putzmeister, the program was designed around real-world challenges faced by frontline service teams in the LACA market. Led by dedicated trainer Jiang Peng, the five-day program combined two days of technical theory, two days of hands-on practice, and a final comprehensive assessment, helping distributors enhance their technical expertise and on-site service capabilities.

The training covered key areas including electrical systems, hydraulic principles, circuit diagrams, and common fault diagnosis for dual-brand concrete pumps. Through hands-on sessions using real machines, participants practiced troubleshooting and repair procedures, gaining valuable experience in addressing service challenges in the field.

The program received strong recognition from participating distributors for its practical content, professional instruction, and the technical insights gained through collaboration between the two brands. Many participants expressed their expectation for more regular training opportunities in the future. An Argentine distributor also sent a letter of appreciation, highlighting the training’s close alignment with daily service needs and its contribution to improving local technical capabilities.
