SANY Renewable Energy's 6.25 MW Wind Turbine Achieves Commercial Operation in Spain

Recently, the Zuera Autoconsumo project in Spain officially entered commercial operation, marking the first commercial deployment of a Chinese 6.25 MW wind turbine in Spain. The SI-172625 turbine supplied by SANY Renewable Energy has now begun generating power on the Iberian Peninsula.

The project demonstrated exceptional execution efficiency, with turbine installation completed in just eight days and commissioning finished within three days. This achievement highlights SANY Renewable Energy's proven delivery capabilities in the European market. The Zuera Autoconsumo project was invested in by JORGE PORK MEAT, S.L., with SANY Renewable Energy providing a one-stop service covering equipment supply, transportation, and installation. Following commissioning, the project will generate green electricity for self-consumption and local utilization, while SANY's local service team will be responsible for full life-cycle operation and maintenance.

The success of the project is built on years of technological accumulation and validation. Before entering overseas markets, the SI-172625 turbine had undergone long-term operational verification at multiple wind farms in China, where its availability, power generation performance, and environmental adaptability were rigorously tested under demanding conditions.
