“Exceptional Service!” SANY Poland Team Ensures Smooth Equipment Delivery

Across SANY, there are people who make global service happen — solving challenges, supporting customers, and ensuring every machine is ready to perform.

Bogdan Czeberkus, International Service Engineer at SANY Poland, is one of them. With his technical expertise and commitment to customers, he represents the professionalism behind SANY’s global service network.

When a heavy-duty forklift was delivered to Croatia, the local team faced a new challenge — they had no prior experience assembling this type of equipment. Drawing on his experience and working closely with SANY’s Port Machinery team, Bogdan helped complete the assembly and commissioning within one day, ensuring a smooth handover for the customer.

His expertise was also needed for a delivery project at a BYD factory in Hungary. During the winter season, two electric port machines arrived at the site. Bogdan and his team quickly provided on-site support, completing equipment commissioning and operator training to help the customer begin operations smoothly.

 

The customer’s feedback reflected the value of SANY’s service: “We have always known SANY’s service in China is excellent.
