First Visit, Major Deal: SANY and CCC Group Launch USD 100M Strategic Partnership

On March 20, Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC), a leading international contractor and a key player in energy and chemical construction in the MENA region, visited SANY for the first time. During the visit, the two sides signed a Strategic Cooperation Procurement Letter of Intent (LOI) at SANY’s Kunshan Industrial Park, marking a new step forward in their partnership.

In the meeting that followed, senior executives from both companies held in-depth discussions on global market expansion and future collaboration, further strengthening mutual trust and alignment. Witnessed by Mr. Peng Song, Director of SANY Group, and Mr. Samer Khoury, Chairman of CCC Group, the two sides signed an LOI valued at USD 100 million, focusing on cooperation in new energy products.

Building on SANY’s strengths in construction machinery and new energy technologies, along with CCC’s global engineering and construction expertise, both parties will continue to expand collaboration in green infrastructure and energy and chemical projects.
