2026 SANY Day & 40th Anniversary Celebration Grandly Held

On February 28, SANY marked a historic milestone as the 2026 SANY Day and the 40th Anniversary of its founding were celebrated under the theme “Forty Years of Gratitude, Forging Innovative Glory.” The celebration unfolded simultaneously across 118 venues in 40 industrial parks worldwide. Across continents and time zones, SANY people came together to honor four decades of achievement—and to envision the next chapter of a century-long journey.

Honoring Excellence, Inspiring New Ambitions

In the morning, Mr. Tang Xiuguo, Rotating Chairman of SANY Group, presided over the awards ceremony, extending festive greetings and heartfelt appreciation to more than 65,000 SANY employees around the world.

Under the spotlight, five major annual honors were presented: Outstanding Service Engineer, Outstanding Digital Intelligence Contribution Award, Outstanding Project Award, Milestone Incentive Award, and SANY Person of the Year. In total, 62 individuals and 26 teams received the Group’s highest annual recognition—each representing the dedication and excellence that define SANY.

Momentum continued to build as all employees witnessed the 2026 Performance Contract Signing Ceremony. 14 domestic business units signed their performance pledges, committing to reach new heights with renewed determination and ambition.

During the ceremony, Mr. Xiang Wenbo, Rotating Chairman of SANY Group, delivered a keynote address. Reflecting on SANY’s 40-year entrepreneurial journey, he expressed gratitude for the opportunities of a remarkable era, paid tribute to the founding team’s unwavering belief in revitalizing industry through innovation, and thanked every contributor to the company’s growth. He called on all SANY people to stand united, stay ambitious, and work together toward an even brighter future.

In the afternoon, a vibrant “Global Carnival” brought SANY’s industrial parks to life—from Loudi and Changsha to Kunshan, Shenyang, Zhuhai, and Xi’an. Employees’ families were invited to join the celebration, turning the occasion into a true gathering of the global SANY family.

Machinery science became hands-on family exploration. Stories of overseas dedication turned into shared moments of pride. At the 40th Anniversary Exhibition Hall, SANY’s history unfolded vividly—from humble beginnings to global leadership.

Each recognition segment drew heartfelt applause. Veteran pioneers, Gold Medal Employees, members of the first-generation product teams, recipients of national R&D honors, Best Product Teams, Lighthouse Factory representatives, nationally recognized service professionals, and teams behind landmark projects all stepped onto the stage—receiving the highest respect from SANY people worldwide.
