When a customer in Chile presented a series of strict requirements for the delivery of a SANY 900-ton crane, the project demanded more than technical skill—it required exceptional on-site problem-solving under pressure.

Faced with a complex situation of tight deadlines, limited local manpower, specialized operational conditions, and high temperatures, Tan Sihao chose to stay on-site to follow up the whole course. During commissioning, he meticulously adjusted systems to achieve peak precision. Faced with an unusual "single-crane lifting" challenge, he worked out a viable solution, turning the “impossible” into “reality”. From installation to the first critical lift, his focus on quality ensures stable and efficient operation.

The crane’s smooth performance didn’t just complete a project—it built trust. The customer now has scheduled follow-up cooperation and will carry out his marketing promotion with this 900-ton machine as a benchmark. At the same time, the customer even decided to include a 1200-ton SANY crane, which is helpful for SANY to enhance the local brand influence.

Guardian of the Fleet: Keeping an Indonesian Mine Moving

On the island of Sulawesi, Indonesia, Li Qiansheng interprets SANY Service in a different way. Shouldering the responsibility of maintaining 120 SANY mining trucks, his goal is clear—keep productivity high and downtime low.

Li works on his customer’ schedule, often responding to calls at any hour. In a single year, he handled over 400 service requests. But his real impact comes from preventing problems. During the regular inspection and in-depth maintenance of nearly 200 machines, he spots small issues, including breaking system wear and oil leakage, before they become big ones—helping cut unexpected breakdowns significantly.

That reliability has forged a strong partnership. The customer sent a personal thank-you letter, planning to grow an additional order for 80 trucks in 2026. Good service keeps machines running; great service builds futures together.
