As a senior service engineer of SANY Crane, Hu Zhong has been with SANY for 18 years. Expertized in the core electrical and mechanical systems of the wheeled crane, he joined the Overseas Remote Expert Consultation Team in May 2025. Since then, he has delivered 22 successful technical solutions, recognized by the team as a “model worker” and a “pillar of strength.”


In technical support services, Hu always prioritizes “fast,” with an average service response time of 3 minutes, earning him the nickname of “rapid responder.” Besides, as a professional “problem solver”, Hu’s fault resolution rate reaches 100%. No matter how complex the problem, Hu always delivers the ultimate solution. With his professional expertise, he has earned widespread respect from his team, becoming the standout representative of the Overseas Remote Expert Consultation Command Center.


Race Against Time in Malaysia

On July 16th, 2025, an STC1100T6 crane in Malaysia suddenly stopped for some reason, causing a halt in construction. In an emergency, the on-site engineer asked the Overseas Remote Expert Consultation Command Center for help immediately. Hu responded in just one minute and started remote troubleshooting. With expert guidance, the on-site service engineer brought the machine back to work in just 45 minutes, controlling the losses caused by downtime to the greatest extent. 


In the Overseas Remote Expert Consultation Command Center, every second of delay can affect construction progress and even customer trust. Hu firmly believes: “Our goal is to empower every on-site engineer to resolve issues quickly with the fastest response and professional guidance.”
