Next SANY Era: SANY Global Transportation & Energy Summit Successfully Concludes
On November 16–17, the SANY Global Transportation & Energy Summit, themed “Next SANY Era,” was successfully held at the SANY Truck Industrial Park in Changsha. A total of 380 guests from 31 countries gathered to witness SANY’s latest innovations and global vision.
This year’s summit showcased SANY’s transformation from traditional product exports to delivering scenario-based, integrated solutions, highlighted through the first Electric Heavy Truck Carnival, a full-series product parade, and the SE636 Europe Campaign Launch. Together, these activities demonstrated SANY’s leading strengths in globalization, decarbonization, and digital intelligence.
Chairman of Heavy Truck BU, Mr. Liang Linhe, Chairman of Direct International BD, Mr Kim Li, and Chairman of Dump Truck BU, Mr Han Shouliang, attended the summit and engaged closely with customers to explore new roads for collaboration.
Immersive Experience: Electric Heavy Truck Carnival Enhances Brand Engagement
In the morning, guests visited SANY’s world-leading digitalized manufacturing facility for intelligent heavy trucks, where automated production and advanced smart technologies set the stage for the carnival that followed.
A spectacular “Truck Party” combining music and technology then ignited the event atmosphere. During the “Super Power Showdown” challenge, 16 teams from 20 countries competed through high-intensity courses including S-curves, twin-beam bridges, speed sprints and energy-swap operations — fully demonstrating the exceptional handling, stability, and performance of SANY electric heavy trucks.
In the afternoon, a creative combination of machinery and dance opened the full-line product parade. A steel phalanx of 62 trucks made an impressive debut — including 5G driverless semitrailers, full-electric trucks, engineering vehicles, energy storage products and the latest products — showcasing SANY’s comprehensive electrified product portfolio across transportation, energy and engineering scenarios.
A highlight of the event was the global debut of SANY’s first range-extended dump truck. With a driving range exceeding 500 km, a high-power range extender capable of charging up to 100 kWh per hour, and “driving-while-charging” capability, the truck directly addresses global concerns around charging infrastructure and operational coverage. The model delivers higher uptime and broader application adaptability, delighting international customers.
Marching into Europe: SANY Electric Heavy Trucks Embrace High-End Markets
The European Electric Truck launch ceremony brought the event to its climax. As Chairman Mr Liang Linhe and EVE Energy CEO Mr Liu Jianhua activated the ceremony’s “Energy Cube,” the European-edition SE636 electric heavy trucks rolled out in formation, signaling a major milestone in the global expansion of China’s new-energy commercial vehicles.
During the summit, SANY signed cooperation agreements with five core dealers and 11 strategic customers, further strengthening global trust in SANY’s products and brand. These partnerships will provide robust momentum for the continued execution of SANY’s Globalization, Digitalization, and Decarbonization strategy.
A New Stage of Global Progress
The summit concluded with a relaxed and joyful outdoor music festival. Through scenario-based demonstrations, immersive interactions and community-focused communication, the event highlighted SANY’s breakthroughs in the “Three Transformations” as well as its strong determination to lead industry transformation with a global vision. SANY is stepping confidently into a new stage of high-end global development.
