SANY has made precast concrete (PC) housing industrialization a centerpiece of its business development in Argentina, especially after SANY chairman and Argentina’s President met before G20 for further cooperation.

“With SANY’s advanced PC technology, each of these houses could be built in a week,” Xu Ming, GM of SANY Latin America said. The components and modular are manufactured on production lines like vehicles and quickly assembled on site, which not only increases construction efficiency by 70%, but also reduces cost by saving up to 80% water, 60% power, 20% materials and 20% land.
In addition, the houses built with SANY’s PC is consistent with the sustainable green building idea, which decreases 76% carbon footprint and 90% waste.
