350 Kilometers, One Commitment

A service request from a customer in Malaysia put SANY's service network to the test. When an excavator unexpectedly went out of operation, work on site was disrupted and the customer needed a solution as quickly as possible.

Upon receiving the call, service engineers Xu Dinghao and Sukri promptly arrived on site and quickly identified the root cause of the issue. The required replacement parts, however, was located more than 350 kilometers away at SANY's central warehouse. To minimize downtime, the team immediately coordinated the next steps. Service engineer Wai Keong Lam set out to deliver the parts directly to the site, ensuring the repair could proceed without delay.


Once the parts arrived, the team completed the replacement, carried out system checks, and verified machine performance. The excavator was soon back in operation, helping the customer get the project back on track. Through close teamwork and efficient coordination, the issue was resolved significantly faster than the customer had anticipated. Impressed by the team's professionalism and responsiveness, the customer later shared a note of appreciation and expressed confidence in continuing to choose SANY equipment.
