At SANY Heavy Machinery, Senior Service Engineer Wang Xu brings the company’s commitment to “Deepening Training, Empowering the World” to life — and exemplifies the “No More Waiting” service spirit.

 

For more than a decade, Wang Xu has worked on the front line of excavator service. His solid expertise and hands-on experience in hydraulics, electrics, and engines have built a strong foundation for delivering efficient, professional, and zero-delay support to customers worldwide.

 

Since joining SANY’s global training team in 2022, Wang has combined online and in-person learning to make training truly “zero-distance.” He designs systematic courses to upskill both customers and instructors and takes the classroom directly to the field with footprints covering over ten countries, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, and Colombia. By tailoring content to local needs, he has conducted over 300 training sessions totaling more than 1,000 hours, trained over 3,650 people, achieved 1,200 service skill certifications, and received dozens of letters of appreciation from around the world.

In March 2025, at SANY’s joint venture in Indonesia, to make the course closer to real working conditions and easier for trainees to master practical skills, Wang moved the class outdoors for live machine teaching. He personally demonstrated key operations, explained maintenance details, and guided trainees through hands-on practice. The impact was immediate:

A local instructor reflected after the training, “We learned not only the technology but also how to teach it.” A customer commented, “Clear and practical training that truly solves problems.”


Wang Xu’s dedication is a vivid reflection of SANY’s global training system. He spreads knowledge and best practices across continents, supporting a more professional service system.
