Synchronization control technology
SANY asphalt pavers adopt advanced travel & stop and tamping control technology to synchronize start-up and tamping, and precisely control travel and tamping speed. Together with advanced anti-escalating and anti-descending mode, it ensures high level of flatness. The large diameter, double shock struts, telescopic frame structure and dual-layer anti-torsion beam structure enhance the rigidity of steel plate by 30%.
Equipped with high-precision conveying system, asphalt conveying sensor and low auger speed, SANY asphalt pavers boast fast response and stable material feeding and spreading. In addition, the entire asphalt spreading device can be lifted or descended together which minimizes segregation.
Low color difference
Tamper system with blade carrier and lightweight blade carrier frame prevent distortion and result in uniform compaction. As both tamping blade and screed can be heated, sticky material between blades and floor can be eliminated timely.
Paver operating ambient temperature is up to 90 degrees, but the efficient cooling system effectively protects the service life of electronic components. Excellent radiation performance enables the asphalt pavers to continuously work at the temperature of 50 degrees centigrade for 24 hours.
