Safety has always been SANY’s overriding concern when designing each product line to guarantee zero incident rate. Therefore, it never stops optimizing the technology and parts to provide truck-mounted concrete pumps for the safety of customers and their employees.
SANY’s truck-mounted concrete pumps are equipped with boom overload protection, hopper sifter linkage protection and hydraulic oil level auto inspection.
Safety valve device is additionally mounted in the boom cylinder balance valve of concrete pumps. In the event of excessive boom load, overload oil pressure will be automatically released to prevent the boom from suffering damage. When the hopper screen is opened, the operating device in the hopper automatically stops, so as to ensure the operation safety. The hydraulic oil’s reserve is monitored in real time. In the event of insufficient oil volume, alarm is automatically sent or pumping stops to protect the hydraulic system from damage.
Fault self-diagnosis system, another salient feature of SANY’s C8 series concrete pumps, monitors the equipment status at any time, and diagnose more than 200 faults in real time, which shorten the troubleshooting time by 70%.
High wear-resistant parts
Straight tube, hinged elbow, large elbow and small elbow of SANY’s concrete pumps all adopt the double-layer compound structure. Inner layer is extremely wear resistant, with service life hitting 50,000 m3.
Discharge port / transition bushing
It uses the double-layer compound structure, of which the inner bushing is made of special steel with wear resistance 15 times higher than ordinary steel and service life hitting 60,000 to 80,000 m3.
It takes rubber as the substrate, and on its exterior layer there is compound wear-resisting fabric, which is extremely resistant to
pressure, heat, and abrasion, and applicable to different severe working conditions, with service life hitting 25,000 to 30,000 m3.
The inner layer of C8 series concrete pumps is plated with chrome with thickness above 0.3mm, which makes its hardness exceed HV900 and service life hitting 100,000 to 140,000 m3.
