SANY domestic industrial parks
1. Changsha industrial park
Situated in Changsha, central China’s Hunan province, SANY’s Changsha industrial park is renowned for its No.18 workshop, the demonstration base of intelligent manufacturing. The No.18 workshop covering an area of 100,000 square meters is the largest and the most advanced plant for intelligent manufacturing in Asia.
2. Zhuhai industrial park
Situated in Southern China’s Guangdong province, Zhuhai industrial park specializes in production of port machinery, engineering ship and coastal engineering equipment. Covering an area of 6000 mu (988 acre), it was officially put into use in May, 2015, achieving annual output value of more than 30 billion yuan.
3. Yangtze River Delta industrial base
Yangtze River Delta industrial base including the areas of Kunshan, Lingang, Chuansha, Huzhou, Rudong and Changshu, specializes in the production of excavators, crawler cranes and supporting parts. Shanghai’s Kunshan and Lingang industrial parks are SANY’s key base for excavators’ R&D and production.
4. Beijing industrial parks
SANY has two industrial parks in Beijing. One is Huilongguan industrial park and the other is Nankou industrial park. The two parks’ main businesses are the production of piling machinery, wind turbine and photovoltaic products.
5. Shenyang industrial park
Established in 2004, Shenyang industrial park is engaged in R&D and manufacture of mining machinery, using advanced technology to upgrade traditional coal mining equipment.
6. Xinjiang industrial park
Established in 2007, Xinjiang industrial park in southwestern China is the manufacture center of concrete machinery, mobile crane, excavators and road machinery. It covers Xinjiang's market and is expanding its business to Northwestern China and Central Asia.
SANY overseas industrial parks
As the leading enterprise of construction machinery industry, SANY began its business globalization at very early time. At the“new Silk Road economic belt”, SANY has established industrial parks in Beijing, Tianjin and Shenyang, taking the most favorable positions of the economic belt. SANY’s layout on Maritime Silk Road also has been taken shape. At present, SANY has set up factories in Lingang, Zhuhai, Zhejiang and Jiangsu, among which Zhuhai industrial park is engaging in the business of ocean engineering equipment. Besides, SANY also expanded its business in India and Indonesia and established R&D bases in North America and Germany. What’s more, SANY merged Germany’s Putzmeister and invested Austria’s Palfinger. So far, SANY has established 10 global sales regions covering Africa, Asia-Pacific, Russia, Middle East and Latin America, expanding its business along the “Belt and Road”.
7. SANY America
SANY
America manufactures, sells and supports construction and material
handling equipment, including hoisting and port machinery, hydraulic
excavators, motor graders, wheel loaders and articulated dump trucks.
SANY America’s business covers the United States, Canada, Mexico and
Central America.
SANY America is headquartered in Peachtree City, Georgia, and has 340,000 square feet of manufacturing space and 60,000square feet of office space. The first hydraulic excavator assembled at the facility rolled off the production line in February 2012. SANY America has the capacity to produce more than 2,000 excavator units per year.
8. SANY Europe
SANY
Europe has been headquartered in Germany since 2006. Its product
portfolio comprises hydraulic excavators, earthmoving machines, cranes
and port machinery. The machines are engineered by the local R&D
team, and deliver maximum power and highly efficient performance.
SANY Europe’s machines are distributed through a Europe-wide network of dealers that also covers service and maintenance work for SANY customers. The Germany-based SANY team is dedicated to the delivery of the highest quality in terms of both manufacturing and customer service. In 2016, SANY Europe’s sales have achieved significant growth, among which excavator sales increased by 227 percent compared to 2015.
9. SANY India
SANY
India was established by SANY Group in December 2002. Its head office
is located in Chakan, Pune, and is supported by 7 regional offices, as
well as 28 dealers. SANY India has nearly 100 touch points catering to
India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal.
In 2007, SANY Group signed a memorandum with the Government of Maharashtra to build a new plant dedicated to the manufacture of high-quality construction equipment to meet increasing construction machinery demand in India. The agreement, which was SANY Group's first overseas investment, marked the largest foreign direct investment by a Chinese multinational corporation in Maharashtra.
10、Putzmeister
Founded
in 1958, Putzmeister has developed into a global builder of specialist
machinery headquarterd in Aichtal, about 20 kilometres southwest of
Stuttgart.
In April 2012, SANY, the world-leading top brand in concrete machinery industry, merged German concrete machinery giant Putzmeister, creating a new global leader for concrete pumps. In the past five years, Putzmeister has maintained a benign operation with a rapid growth of profitability. Its expected sales in 2016 were 700 million euros and its global market share has reached 40 percent.
Besides industrial parks around the world, SANY is trying to make a crossover from traditional heavy industry to newfields of business, such as finance, housing industrialization and new energy technology.
