SANY MQ2533 successfully delivered to port in Vietnam
June 6, 2016, a unit of SANY’s 25 ton MQ2533 was successfully delivered in Lee & Man’s port in Vietnam. It has demonstrated superior performance and high reliability with no failure reported at all, marking an significant improvement of SANY Port Machinery in delivery capability.
To guarantee the on-time delivery of the machines, SANY made a safe and efficient installation plan for the project. In addition, SANY’s staff in charge of the installation and adjustment on site kept communicating with the customers and actively pushed forward with the inspection and delivery, which has won unanimous recognition among the customers.
It’s worth mentioning that the cost for technical transformation occurred in this project reduced by 80%, which greatly enhanced the product’s competitiveness. Moreover, for the first time, the machine’s components were fastened by bolts instead of welding, increasing the quality and assembly efficiency, which has been promoted to be used in all SPM’s products.
Until now, the customer is very satisfied with SANY’s portal slewing crane which could be custom manufactured to meet the specific requirements of your jobsite. Various configurations are available with radius of 30, 35, 36, 37m, rail span of 10.5, 12, 16m, maximum hoisting speed is up to 55m/min, luffing speed 50m/min, gantry speed 26m/min, and slewing speed from 1.0 to1.3rpm.
