In 2020, a client in Thailand purchased an SDCY90KHIC reach stacker. Previously, the client had been using another well-known brand of port machinery products. This client’s first deal with SANY therefore signified SANY’s establishment of brand perception in the market and the opportunity for further cooperation. 

Zhan Ao, a service engineer at SANY Port Machinery’s subsidiary in Thailand, led the team during the delivery and assembly of the purchased unit. Because of the heavy rain on the day of arrival, the work became more challenging than usual. The time was also limited since the trailer used for the machine’s transportation would incur additional rental expenses for the client if the job wasn’t complete by 17:30. 

Zhan didn’t let the client down. Once the last part of the reach stacker was put into place, a group photo of the client and our team was taken.

The client has since purchased additional reach stackers and forklifts from SANY. In the client’s appreciation letter to SANY, the client writes that SANY’s service engineer team outperforms other brands in expertise, timeliness and responsibility, key reasons for which they are choosing to partner with us further after the first purchase.
