First International position:

Job Title: Regional Managers (annual income of 200,000 US dollars - 1 million US dollars)

Work location: Worldwide presence

Reporting Relationship: Vice-President /Vice-Director of International Headquarters

Number of people required: 3 (no limits on nationalities)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for formulating development strategies, market strategies and business strategies of the regional countries.

Responsible for developing new dealers and emerging markets.

Responsible for formulating support policies for regional dealers, follow-up and evaluate the implementation effects.

Responsible for the direct sales regional business (Chinese and national customers).

Responsible for the day-to-day management of development and direct sales teams, support regional teams and subsidiary platforms.

Responsible for establishing and maintaining a national high-level relationship.

Educational background requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical, engineering, marketing, sales, international business and other related fields of study.

Language requirements: English is the working language. It is preferred to master at least one other regional language such as Chinese, Russian, French, Spanish, and Arabic.

Qualifications:

More than 10 years of sales/business management experience in the construction machinery industry or related industries; those who have served in the industry's top ten companies are preferred.

With multi-national direct/channel sales business, team management experience, strong industry understanding and knowledge.

Maintain a strong relationship with multi-national government and business-related institutions.

 

Second International Position:

Job Title: National Manager (annual income of $100,000 - $500,000)

Working location: South Africa / Nigeria / Myanmar / Vietnam / Philippines

Reporting Relationship: Regional Manager

Number of people required: 5 people (for working countries listed)

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the country's business including national business development, marketing, sales, services and integrated management. It is also the legal representative of the company in the country.

Educational background requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical, engineering, marketing, sales, international business and other related fields of study.

Language requirements: English is the working language. It is preferred to master at least one other national language such as Chinese, Russian, French, Spanish, and Arabic.

Qualifications:

More than 8 years of sales/business management experience in the construction machinery industry or related industries; those who have worked in the industry's top ten companies  are preferred.

At the same time, we require direct sales, channel sales experience and have industry’s knowledges.

Excellent communication skills, strong customer development relationship and sales abilities.

Plan and develop capabilities to support achievements and prioritization of the business objectives.

Experience in building results-oriented marketing and leadership skills that motivate teams to achieve goals.

 

Third International position:

Job Title: Sales Manager (annual income of $70,000 - $400,000)

Work place:

Reporting Relationship: Regional Manager / National Manager

Number of people required: 40 (Chinese or local nationalities)

Job Responsibilities:     

Develop sales plans and strategies.

Follow-up on local partners performances and continuously reassessing new partnerships.

Have a high-quality customer development and management capabilities, team building management capabilities, sales skills.

Work closely with marketing, after-sales service, other teams in local market, competition research analysis, products planning and development, branding, products parts etc.

Educational background requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical, engineering, marketing, sales, international business and other related fields of study.

Language requirements: Good language skills in English, Chinese, Russian, French, Spanish, Arabic.

Qualifications:

More than 5 years of sales/business management experience in the construction machinery industry or related industries; those who have worked in the industry's top ten companies are preferred.

Excellent communication skills, able to sell new products to new partners in new markets, by implementing personal management style to achieve objectives.

Business mind and strategic thinking.

More than 8 years of abroad study/work/life experience are preferred.

Willing to stay overseas (2 years or more).

 

First China’s headquarters Position:

Job Title: International Performance Manager (annual income of RMB 150,000 - RMB 500,000)

Work location: Changsha

Number of people required: 1 person

Job Responsibilities:

Building performance management system.

Performance process management and monitoring.

Performance organization appraisal implementation.

Educational background requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in human resources or management.

Language requirements: English can be used as a working language.

Qualifications:

2 years of international performance management experience, background in foreign companies is preferred.

Microsoft Office software skills and familiar with SAP and SHR systems;

Agrees with the corporate culture, diligence, dedication, affinity, should demonstrate strong communication skills and strong analytical judgment.

 

Second China’s headquarters position:

Job Title: Sales Management Director (annual income 300,000 RMB - 1 million RMB)

Work location: Changsha

Number of people required: 1 person

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for 10 international markets, sales, dealer’s management, finances, inventories, overdues and risk control management.

Responsible for market and competitor research, monitoring, analysis of international market potentiality, and providing decision-making.

Improve market forecasting models, planning models, and promote overseas production and marketing synergies. Organize strategic planning, annual sales plans, and monthly sales plans.

Coordinate the development, assistance, renewal, termination and evaluation of dealers. Provide the support and assistance mechanism of dealers. Improve the comprehensive capabilities of dealers, monitor the quality and risks of each dealer and evaluate the operational results.

Standardize the development criterions of customers, promote the development and sales of customers, and evaluate their effects on different areas.

Improve marketing’s value policies, systems, and processes; coordinate product quotation and answering, review contracts, stocks, deliveries and collection management to quickly meet customer needs.
