SANY Hosts Electric Product Showcase in Africa and Empowers Local Service Team with Skills Training

On June 27, SANY’s Zimbabwe team successfully hosted its “POWERING ZIMBABWE’S RISE” electric product showcase at The National Club in Harare. The event attracted strong interest from local customers, particularly when SANY’s latest Electric Wheel Loaders and Dump Trucks were unveiled. Featuring cutting-edge liquid-cooled battery systems and intelligent thermal management technology, these machines demonstrate SANY’s deep expertise in the new energy sector and deliver high-efficiency, zero-emission power for Zimbabwe’s mining and infrastructure development.

To further support the local market, on July 2, SANY South Africa invited two expert instructors—Mr. Luo Xiating and Mr. Li Yanjun to Zimbabwe to deliver intermediate skills certification training for local service engineers.

The training covered a wide range of topics, including precision diagnostics and maintenance of battery systems, detailed analysis of drive motors and control systems, safety procedures for electric equipment, principles of CAN communication, and troubleshooting of common faults. The instructors tailored the sessions to local working conditions, such as high temperatures and dusty environments, while highlighting SANY electric products’ unique protective designs and technical solutions to ensure participants not only understand the systems but also gain practical skills. Finally, a total of four engineers received certifications—three at the basic level and one at the intermediate level.
