Global Service Action 2024 – Indonesia: Strengthening Partnerships Through Top Customer Caring

With the belief of “Service Creates Values”, the Global Service Action 2024 in Indonesia kicked off on May 14, with Xu Ming, senior vice president of SANY Group, and Huang Jianfeng, president of SANY Asia Pacific attending the ceremony. This year’s campaign, lasting for 6 months, will visit customers and deliver comprehensive maintenance services for SANY machines across Indonesia.

 

With the theme of Connected for a Shared Success, this year’s campaign aims to solve major product failures for customers and better understand customer concerns, thus improving our product quality in a targeted way. In the coming six months, seven groups of service engineers will inspect 20,000 units of SANY machines for over 3,000 customers across the country, committing to resolving 100% of reported failures.

 

In addition, the journey includes an array of supplementary services including operator training, cab cleaning, and air conditioner filter maintenance. At the same time, engineers will offer personalized services such as structural parts inspection, wearing parts inspection, air conditioning performance testing, and working device clearance adjustment. A highlight of the tour is the promotional discount on parts like SANY special oils, filters, tires, etc.
