One unit of SANY 55 tons rough terrain crane SRC550H was purchased by TRANSPORTES MAJUZA S.A.C for the construction of the 35km-long Peru Lima Metro Line 2 in 2016.
SRC550H RT crane with maximum lifting capacity of 55 tons, maximum boom length of 43 meters is used to undertake the lifting work in Lima Metro Line 2 project, which upon completion will be a major east-west axis of the Lima-Callao Metropolitan Region.
The Metro Line 2 will have 35 stations and pass through 13 districts, and SANY SRC550H rough terrain crane are working without stop for 5-6 days a week to advance the largest infrastructure project of Peru. The 55t crane operates with high lifting performance and zero breakdowns in the project, and the client is so satisfied with the crane machine that they decide to purchase another STC1000S 100t truck crane from SANY in August.
SRC550H RT crane adopts 4×4 drive ways and full hydraulic power steering system with front wheel steering, rear wheel steering, four-wheel steering and crab traveling modes, significantly improving the crane's travelling performance and mobility in complex subway building working conditions.
Five-section telescopic boom is applied with full extended boom length of 43m, jib length of 16m, and max.lifting height up to 60.6m. Moreover, jib offset angles of 0°, 15° and 30° ensure fast and convenient change-over between different operating conditions, which can greatly improve the working efficiency of the rough terrain crane on site.
