SANY heavy-duty forklift truck is widely used for loading/unloading of large cargo, such as steel, stones, concrete, and lumber, as well as 20ft and 40ft containers in intermodal stacking yards.
According to the different requirements of you port or yard terminals, our forklift trucks are open for customized design and manufacturing. SANY provides different series of forklift products with hoisting capacity of 10t, 12-16t, 18-25t, 28-35t, and 38-46t. Equipped with world renowned engines like Volvo, Cummins, the forklift trucks deliver high efficient performance with low fuel consumption.
There are three types of mast optional for our heavy-duty forklift trucks. The forklift with standard full view mast adopts lifting buffer position limitation protection and chain monitoring protection, meeting the common work requirement. The forklift with duplex full free lift mast has a good view with free lift range exceeding 2000mm, which is suitable for narrow space work like a ship cabin. And triplex full free lift mast is designed for forklift lifting low position cargo, with equipment height lowered by 20%, mast center of gravity lowered by 10%.
In addition, SANY forklift can realize a quick change of attachments under different working conditions, greatly increasing productivity and lifting efficiency. Available in rated capacity of 10t, 16t, 18t, 20t, 22t, 25t, 30t, 32t, 35t, 38t, 42t, 46t, we have fork attached to lift large-tonnage cargo or bulk cargo, clamp to lift log, and coil ram to handle curly cargo like steel coil. Attached with spreader of 9t rated capacity, the forklift truck can handle ISO 20'/40' containers, with truck frame handler of 4.5t rated capacity, handle chassis, and with special 16t rated capacity attachment, it can also handle prefabrication unit.
