SANY provides considerate service package besides quality products

In March 2015, three drilling equipment were sold to customers in Caucasus, Russia. They would be used for expansion of a cancer hospital and construction of a power plant under the ski resort. SANY together with the dealer RTC in Russia made a thorough service plan to guarantee that our drilling equipment could operate safely.

1. SANY engineers were sent to sites for startup of the drilling equipment, which received tremendous support from Russia BU and dealers.

2. The dealer translated the drilling equipment manuals, improved training of operators and sent operators to assist the clients.

3. Regular equipment maintenance and relevant materials were provided by the dealer. SANY engineers checked these machines every two months to eliminate potential failures.

4. A comprehensive service system was built to answer client's questions and handle simple failures. It consisted of equipment managers, operators, SANY engineers and dealer's service managers.

Until now, the SANY SR280R rotary drilling rig have logged over 650 hours, and 2 units of SR220 more than 800 hours. SANY demonstrates its high efficiency, flexibility, low fuel consumption, and more profitability, exceptional choices for small and medium-sized piling work of civil engineering. In this project, SANY successfully introduced the drilling equipment into the Caucasian market.

Since entering the Russian market in 2007, SANY’s products have participated in various major projects, such as 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi and national oil and natural gas project. With the top performance and after-sales service, SANY machines have won recognition in the local market.
