SANY 5-ton digger shows high efficiency in operation

Except the SY50U recently launched in China’s market, SANY has another 5 ton digger -- SY55C, which is well received for its high working efficiency.

With advanced travel motor and optimized flow distribution system, the 5 ton digger can work more efficiently by traveling at high or low speed according to ground surface condition and working condition. The engine is designed with three working modes. The working mode can be changed on the monitor according to different applications, which can maximize operating efficiency and reduce fuel consumption.

The 5 ton digger was equipped with intelligent controller that can collect the signal of accelerator position, and then calculate the difference between setting position and actual position. Accelerator will choose forward rotation or reverse after receiving the difference signal. In this way, the controller can control the engine speed.

A world-leading Negative Flow Controlled Hydraulic System was installed in the 5 ton digger. Consisting of variable single pumps that provide a constant overall power, the load-sensitivity flow distribution system is of high stability and excellent micro operation performance. Its superior performance lies in that flow demand is determined according to the actuators and their corresponding actions. It is only related to the deflection angle of control levers. The optimization of main valve can realize the coordination of multi-movement, making different trajectories to meet the requirements of the delicate operation.

With a Low Fuel Consumption Auto Deceleration System equipped for the 5 ton digger, when an operation has been stopped for 5 seconds, the engine speed drops automatically to idle level and maintains the idling state, thus reducing the fuel consumption. The engine speed will increase to the set rpm by maneuvering the control levers, thus maintaining work efficiency.

In addition, the SY55C 5 ton digger has faster boom and arm speed, precise swing control system and excellent electric control module, which give the machine a high operating efficiency.
