Reach stackers are widely used in ports, wharfs, railway freights, cargo terminals and other logistical systems. The most common usage of reach stacker is to handle the empty or full containers.

SANY's reach stackers have a maximum capacity of 50 U.S.tons and are adaptable for ISO 20-, 30- and 40-foot containers. A long boom allows the machine to stack containers three units deep by five units high. What's more, a variety of special attachments are also provided to make our reach stacker an exceptional choice for stacking, lifting and relocating containers, logs, tubes and bulk materials according to your different need.

SANY 45t container spreader is used in reach stacker to stack, load or unload ISO standard 20', 40' and 45' containers. With light design, the SDJ450H container spreader is more energy saving and cost-effective.

The rail/intermodal reach stacker with SDJ450P combined spreader is designed for a wide range of lifting scenarios, including barge and rail loading. The machine meets the European and American intermodal working mode requirement, is applicable to the transfer and stacking of ISO 20', 40' and 45' container or the transfer of EN284 non-stacking container.

Our reach stacker attached with SWG310 log spreader can greatly increase the efficiency of forestry service providers with a maximum gripping area of 45 square feet. SANY's proprietary anti-sway technology prevents forward, reverse, horizontal and vertical collisions with the boom and carriage.

Equipped with SDJS320 tilt spreader, our reach stacker can dump sand, soil, aggregate or other scrap materials from 36 feet high. With a capacity of 88,000 pounds, the tilting attachment can rotate from 105 to -195 degrees and pitch up to 60 degrees.

Equipped with a hook, grab and other proper attachment that attaches directly to the boom, the SANY tube reach stacker easily handles steel tube, pipeline, bulk cargo, coiled steel rolls and other materials.
