Eleventh Annual Indonesia Service Tour Launches with Vision for Collaborative Brilliance

The Indonesia National Service Tour, an initiative that has been operational since 2013, has recently launched its eleventh annual event under the theme "Hand in Hand, Creating Brilliance Together". The event will span six months, during which the team aims to inspect 10,617 pieces of equipment with no more than a 2% error rate for overlooked faults. The service tour aims for 100% customer coverage across Indonesia.

 

This year, the event is primarily organized by PT. SANY HEAVY INDUSTRY INDONESIA, PT. SANY PERKASA, PT. SANY MAKMUR PERKASA, PT. Pusaka Bumi Transportasi, and PT. Gajah Utama International. The campaign will span across ten Indonesian regions including Sumatera, East Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, West Kalimantan, Sulawesi, East Java, West Java, Maluku, Virtue Dragon (Kendari), and Tsingshan (Morowali).

In a speech given at the launch, Mr. Zhang, the General Manager of SANY Indonesia, emphasized the dedication of SANY services to creating customer value, which remains a core concept for the company. He said, "Creating more value for customers means allowing them to generate more benefits from our equipment. Keeping machinery operational is our ultimate goal. We must always stand with our customers, understanding and addressing their concerns."

 

In this year's Service Tour, the team plans not only to solve existing faults in the equipment but also to identify potential issues. Furthermore, the team will proactively explore customers' latent needs, offering suggestions to improve the equipment, and thereby enhancing product adaptability, leadership, and competitiveness.

 

"We must carry out our service to the fullest extent, with a committed attitude, using all means," Mr. Zhang continued. "This is the eleventh year we are conducting the Service Tour in Indonesia, and we will maintain the standard of service we have promised. We cordially invite our customers to oversee our activities throughout the process. SANY service, hand in hand, creates brilliance. Thank you all."

 

Among the guests present at the launch were Zhou Guoyuan, CEO of the Engineering Vehicle Business Group, Li Qin, Deputy Director of SANY International Operation Headquarters, Zhang Zhaoqiang, General Manager of SANY Indonesia, and Song Rui Xue, General Manager of SANY's Indonesian Factory.
