In 2019, SANY's first concrete pump truck and mixer truck entered the Mali market, filling the gap in SANY's concrete machinery presence in Mali. At that time, the West Africa region arranged for service engineers to conduct operational and maintenance training for customers. Through half a month of training, the customers highly recognized SANY's products and after-sales service, and simultaneously sent a letter of appreciation to service personnel Li Xiangqing.

On May 18, 2018, the sun was glaring, and I stood before the No. 001 "Hero Edition" heavy truck, clutching a crumpled delivery slip in my hand. As the account manager for the very first unit—without established procedures or reference templates to follow—I worked closely with the production line to verify every detail, ultimately delivering Sany's inaugural heavy truck to its customer. In the photo, the customer’s family beams with joy, and the red-and-black heavy truck gleams dazzlingly under the sun. From that first delivery to today, with annual heavy truck sales surpassing ten billion yuan, I have remained steadfast on the front lines. I’ve journeyed with the company from those early days of trial and error to today’s steady and deepening progress, witnessing countless breakthroughs from zero to one over the years. In this time, I’ve seen the factory lights still burning at 3 a.m., and I’ve listened to stories from truck drivers who travel all across the country.
