As machines can easily rust when not in use for long periods, here are some tips to help you keep your crane from rusting.
1.Ensure that the entire machine is covered with paint protection film.
2.Take timely measures when the paint film on metal parts is damaged. Clean the damaged paint film first then apply an anti-rust coating.
3.Pay special attention to the active parts of the crane to prevent rusting. Apply No. 10 or No. 20 diesel to the surface to get rid of the corrosive substance and prevent oil slick.
4.Apply lube oil, calcium-based grease and lithium-based grease on the machine surface to keep the machine in a good condition. The coat is easily removable, allowing the machine to get back to work in a short time.
